In connection with the entry into force of the Act of August 19, 2011. on sign language and other means of communication (Journal of Laws No. 209, item 1243), the Office provides all interested parties with free assistance of a sign language interpreter when settling official matters. A person entitled to use the assistance of an interpreter should report to the Office's secretariat their willingness to use the benefit at least 3 working days before the planned visit to the Office and provide the method of communication they choose, i.e .:
- Polish Sign Language (PJM),
- sign language system (SJM),
- way of communication of deaf people (SKOGN).
