- Personal data is processed only for the purpose of carrying out activities related to participation in the conference and resulting from the contract concluded with the e-jankowska Anna Ejankowska company, ul. Watzenrodego 13/18, 87-100 Toruń, NIP: 559-199-53-87, REGON: 386196194 on the basis of the Project entitled SMART ŻYWIEC - (r)evolution.
- The recipient of your personal data will be: the City of Żywiec as a Partner and other recipients with a legal interest in obtaining personal data under the Project entitled SMART ŻYWIEC - (r)evolution and the entity operating the project website.
- Your image data will be used on the Administrator's websites and social media to promote the project.
- Personal data will be processed for the duration of the project, i.e. 5 years from the date of approval of the final report by the FMC and the NMFA.
- You have the right to access your data, rectify it and request that its processing be limited in the event of its incorrectness and deleted in the event of resignation from participation in the Project.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with PUODO if you feel that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of April 27, 2016.
- Providing personal data is necessary in order to participate in the conference.
