Let us return for a moment to memories that bring a smile to the faces of Żywiec citizens. These are the Festivals that were held in the past months in City districts .
Whole series of Family Festivals within Smart Żywiec - (r)evolution project took place. They were very interesting form of informational and integrative meetings. The unusual activities promoted social integration among the citizens and will certainly enliven what is happening in the City.
In May 2023, a festival in the Podlesie district was held. It brought together wide range of citizens who wanted to actively participate in the event. There were numerous attractions for the whole family, including games and activities with prizes. In the same month festival organized in Kocurów also attracted a large number of participants.
One of the largest events was the Family Fest in Oczków district, attended by numerous event partners. Attractions for the youngest included: inflatables, face painting, braiding, balloon animals, children's animations, competitions with prizes and tasty snacks.
In June, Festivities were held in the Zabłocie district, on the Market Square and in Moszczanica.
At the beginning of September, we also invited to the Family Fest in Koleby. The last of the summer Festivities took place at the end of September. The weather and the mood of the participants were perfect and they had a great time. We provided attractions for both old and young, and everyone found an interesting form of activity for themselves.
During each of the picnics, an information zone was organised where residents could learn all about the SMART ŻYWIEC-(r)evolution Project. We would like to thank all the Partners who actively joined in organising and participating in these events: Żywiec District Police Headquarters, Żywiec Water Rescue Service Branch, Żywiec-Sporysz TSO,Sanepid, Beskid Żywiec Sp. z o.o., Municipal Environmental Centre.
We are convinced that we will also return to this form of leisure activity in the coming summer season.
