As we all know, in order to perform work effectively and efficiently and achieve organizational goals, it is necessary to have employees skills and knowledge adequate to positions they take. Therefore, as part of SMART ŻYWIEC - (r)evolution project, an audit of the skills of randomly selected Żywiec Municipality City Hall employees was carried out.
Project included two audits (ex ante - a diagnostic audit and ex post - a change assessment audit). A model for employee competencies development was made and implemented, which will above all made potential of City Hall employees used effectively.
Experienced trainers team analyzed work of individual employees through their position, departments, contact with residents and line cooperation inside a City Hall.
Effect of above mentioned is a report that will allow Żywiec Municipality Authorities to pay more attention to areas that need more attention and future development.
